Movement designed to meet you where you are.
About GENTLE Endo™
GENTLE Endo™ is a specialized movement platform created around the realities of living with Endometriosis. Integrating classical Pilates, nervous system support, and breathwork, it offers a more intentional approach to movement—one that prioritizes awareness over intensity and connection over performance.
Endometriosis can affect far more than the reproductive system, influencing how the body moves, recovers, and responds from day to day. Yet many movement approaches remain generalized, leaving individuals unsure how to navigate pain, recovery, changing symptoms, and an unpredictable capacity for movement.
GENTLE Endo™ offers a different path forward.
At its core is The GENTLE Endo Method™— a structured, six-phase approach rooted in the classical Pilates system and informed by trauma-aware, nervous system supportive principles. Rather than asking the body to push through, the method creates a framework for noticing, adapting, and responding to what the body needs in the moment.
Through personalized sessions, guided Journeys, and supportive resources, GENTLE Endo™ is designed to evolve with you through different stages and experiences of living with Endometriosis, helping you build a more connected, confident, and sustainable relationship with movement over time.
Meet GENTLE Endo™ Founder, Emily
GENTLE Endo™ was created by Emily, an Endometriosis-informed classical Pilates instructor and Trauma-Aware Functional Breathwork Facilitator whose work is rooted in both lived experience and professional education.
After being diagnosed with Stage 4 Endometriosis (including Thoracic Endometriosis of the Diaphragm and Pericardium) and Adenomyosis, Emily experienced firsthand Emily experienced firsthand the complexity of navigating movement, symptoms, surgery, and recovery without clear, supportive guidance.
At the same time, she was immersed in her Pilates education. The intersection of these experiences revealed a gap: while movement options existed, few were designed around the changing realities of living with Endometriosis.
Before transitioning into movement, Emily spent more than a decade in the fashion industry specializing in fabric research and development. This work cultivated a deep understanding of structure, detail, and how systems are designed to support function—an approach that now informs The GENTLE Endo Method™.
Her training encompasses four Pilates teacher trainings, including a comprehensive classical Pilates certification completed through two second-generation instructors. She is also a certified Trauma-Aware Functional Breathwork Facilitator and is currently pursuing the ACE Corrective Exercise Specialist program, with plans to continue her education in pain science through the NOI Group and in Endometriosis-focused study through The Integrative Women's Health Institute.
GENTLE Endo™ grew from the intersection of Emily’s lived experience, movement education, and belief that supporting the body does not have to mean pushing it harder.
Emily’s approach is thoughtful, adaptive, and deeply individual—designed to meet you where you are and help you develop greater trust in the way your body moves and communicates.
