The GENTLE Endo Method™ offers a different practice for how movement is approached within the Endometriosis space.

Rather than pushing through pain or prioritizing intensity, The GENTLE Endo Method™ creates a pathway toward comfortable, sustainable, and empowered movement—rooted in awareness, not force.

The GENTLE Endo Method™ unfolds through six intentional phases—Ground, Ease, Nourish, Tone, Lengthen, and Exhale

to help you build trust in your body and develop a more sustainable relationship with movement.

This is not about pushing your body. It’s about learning how to work with it.

Ground

The GENTLE Endo Method™ begins with awareness.

Through breath, presence, and body awareness, Ground helps you reconnect with your body and create a sense of safety before movement begins.

Rather than moving automatically, you are invited to notice how your body feels, what it needs, and how it is responding in the moment.

Movement begins with awareness.

Ease

Ease invites the body to soften into movement.

Gentle mobility, supported movement, and intentional transitions help reduce tension while creating stability without force.

This phase encourages restoration over intensity and support over strain.

Control is experienced as gentleness with structure.

Nourish

Nourish is where movement becomes restorative.

Exercises are selected to encourage circulation, internal space, and sustainable support while responding to your body's needs in real time.

Rather than pushing for more, this phase focuses on giving the body what it needs most.

Support becomes nourishment.

Tone

Tone is where strength is developed with care.

Movement becomes more active while remaining rooted in support, stability, and body awareness. Strength is built without bracing, forcing, or overwhelming the nervous system.

Rather than chasing intensity, this phase focuses on creating resilience through intentional, sustainable movement that honors your body's capacity.

Strength is built without overwhelm.

Lengthen

Lengthen creates space within the body.

Through supported stretching and intentional movement, this phase encourages greater mobility, freedom, and ease throughout the body while maintaining a sense of connection and control.

Rather than pushing deeper, Lengthen invites expansion through awareness—allowing the body to release tension and move with greater spaciousness.

Space is created through intention.

Exhale

Exhale is where the practice comes full circle.

Breath-led movement and moments of stillness help the body settle, integrate, and reconnect with a sense of calm. The focus shifts away from doing and toward simply being.

As the session comes to a close, the nervous system is given an opportunity to absorb the experience and carry that sense of support beyond the practice.

You leave feeling grounded, supported, and connected.
